“How do I manifest a soulmate?” – I get asked this question A LOT!
Manifesting a soulmate isn’t as easy as it sounds. It’s not like you can just say, “hey I want a real hottie right away who will want to be with me forever.” There’s a lot of inner work and self-love that needs to happen before The Universe will introduce you to your soulmate.
So let’s start from the beginning. You ask The Universe to introduce you to your soulmate. You ask The Universe that this soulmate is attractive, funny, motivated… all of that. You envision being with him or her. Then you take inspired action by going out in the world, signing up for a dating app. But you’re so desperate to find that soulmate that you figure the first person who seems interested must be the one. This happens quite frequently with my clients. Then they change the question they asked to The Universe…
Instead of asking for their soulmate, they ask The Universe for the person they met. And what happens is a negativity spiral where my client questions everything they do. Who they are. What they look like. How they act. STOP!
When The Universe is ready to show you your soulmate, it’ll feel effortless. Free. And if negative emotions are coming up for you, it’s probably a sign that you need to be your own soulmate for a while.
Here’s a little bit of my story.
I was in an emotionally abusive relationship throughout college. I asked The Universe to bring me together with this man, but every time we were together, I felt anxious. I lost sleep over this person. And I wasn’t confident in myself. Through my intuition and spirit guides, I was told to just sit back and love myself. My soulmate was on his way, and I didn’t need to act or do anything. So, that’s what I did. It took about two years of me just loving myself, but eventually he showed up out of the blue. We got engaged recently, and we support each other. When I’m with him, I’m always entertained, supported, and in love.
What I learned about this process was that I needed to show The Universe I could love myself before I could love someone else. When you do this, you become a magnet for love. Love attracts love. You can’t force yourself to be someone’s soulmate. You need to express your own love for yourself so that The Universe can show you who you were always meant to be with.
