I discussed this in a past post, but the easiest way to feel positive and allow the emotions of what it feels like to have your desires is to dance while you think and imagine. Seriously. You think I’m joking… I’m not.
Go to your room, put on your favorite song, imagine that you already have your desire, and dance as you think. It’s a sure way to feel it and not just think it. Right? Because that’s what we want to do when we manifest. We want to feel the positivity. The joy. The elation. And dancing is an easy way to do so.
Obviously there are other tools and methods, but I find this is the easiest for people who have issues trying to actually feel the emotions of having a specific desire. So go for it. What do you have to lose except a couple minutes just to dance.
